Our Responsibility under the European Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR)
As part of our responsibility for packaging and packaging waste, we fall into the scope of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and the applicable national Extended Producer Responsibility regulations in the countries where we put packaged products on the market.
This page provides transparent information about our role as an economic operator, our packaging registrations, producer responsibility arrangements, and relevant contact details and information for customers, authorities, and partners.
With regard to the definitions set out in Article 3 of the PPWR (EU) 2025/40, our company assumes the roles of producer, importer, and manufacturer. We ensure compliance with the resulting obligations in accordance with the applicable requirements and timelines.

In accordance with Article 3(15) of the PPWR (EU) 2025/40, our company also qualifies as a producer for Extended Producer Responsibility purposes and is therefore registered in Europe through the relevant corporate entities.
