KYB Europe has been awarded ‘Premier Data Supplier’ status by TecAlliance.
Premier Data Supplier is the new gold standard in TecDoc data quality. With this new status, TecAlliance honours the commitment of data suppliers whose data meet their high quality standards. The criteria for this top level of status have significantly more stringent content requirements.
KYB has a dedicated team of people who work full time to ensure that the KYB Europe catalogue data is up to date and accurate, ensuring customers have access to the most relevant data. KYB Europe has held TecDoc A-rated status for a number of consecutive years and is one of the first aftermarket companies to become a Premier Data Supplier.
There are 700 brands represented on the TecDoc platform, only 16% of these are currently Premier Data Suppliers. KYB is the first and currently the only major shock absorber manufacturer to be awarded this gold status.
KYB Europe marketing manager, Jordan Day, explains “Data quality is crucial to being able to successfully identify the correct parts, first time. KYB will continue to invest in and prioritise this key element of support”.
Since April this year, KYB Europe has added to its range 67 new shock absorbers which cover 8 million vehicles and 95 new coil springs which cover 7 million vehicles.
