AAG UK & Ireland EXPO 2024 – KYB Competition
1. Organiser
The organiser of this competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is KYB Europe GmbH t/a KYB UK (“KYB / We / Us / Our”).
By entering the Competition, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”) are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
All Participants must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ireland or the United Kingdom.
KYB employees and their relatives may not participate in the Competition.
2. Details of the Competition
To participate in the Competition, Participants must:
1. Attend the AAG UK & Ireland EXPO 2024
2. Sign up to receive KYB’s newsletter via KYB’s Newsletter Sign-up Form.
3. Participation Period
The participation period for the Competition begins on 6/11/2024 at 9:00am and ends on 7/11/2024 at 3:30pm. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.
4. Prize
The prize of the draw will consist of:
Apple iPad 2022 10.9 Inch Wi-Fi 64GB
The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly by the organiser (using a computer randomised generator) from all Participants who have met the draw requirements.
The winner will be contacted within 7 calendar days of the end of the Participation Period via the e-mail addresses provided on the Entry form.
KYB UK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 calendar days of notification, KYB reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take or claim the prize either through a failure to supply correct contact details on the Entry Form or otherwise.
8. Treatment of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organiser in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw
The organiser reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
10. Liability
The organiser is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the legal terms
Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant’s exclusion from the draw.
