KYB Europe will be exhibiting its market-leading products at Automechanika in Frankfurt, Germany from September 13th to 17th.
The leading supplier of shock absorbers, coil springs and suspension mounting kits will be showcasing its products and support services at Messe Frankfurt on stand E31 in Hall 4.
KYB will be launching a brand new support tool at the show. The new 360 degree image library is aimed at assisting distributors and technicians alike by helping to identify the correct part for the job. Visitors are encouraged to go along to the KYB stand for a full demonstration on how this can improve the efficiency of their ordering process.
Jordan Day, Marketing Manager for KYB Europe aftermarket, explains “Automechanika attracts thousands of visitors from all over Europe. It gives us the chance to meet our customers and potential customers and explain what opportunities they can expect from partnering with KYB. It’s a great platform to introduce our new 360 degree images to the aftermarket.”
In Europe, KYB believes training and support are key elements in the success of its customers. KYB provides valuable technical assistance for its customers and has a ‘Suspension Solutions’ programme for technicians who fit KYB shock absorbers, coil springs and mounting kits on the vehicles in their workshops. The programme includes a market leading range of fitting videos, QR codes on packaging with vehicle specific technical information, training and support materials – all designed to help technicians identify worn parts, replace them and explain the benefits to the motorist.
Worldwide, KYB manufactures more than one million shock absorbers a week and is one of the world’s largest original equipment (OE) suppliers to vehicle manufacturers, with almost one in four cars leaving production lines being fitted with KYB shock absorbers as standard.
